Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority and we stand behind all of the products we offer. If at any time you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may return it for a refund, as long as it is unused and in saleable condition.
- Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible sometimes as qucik as the same day. Bongo ships via USPS within the 48 contiguous states, or USPS or Fed Ex for international orders. You can expect to receive your order within four to seven days. Please note that some items may take longer. Please refer to information in the item description to see if your item may take longer to ship.
Bongo curently ships primarily with UPS, however in some case USPS is the preferred method. For oversized items, heavy items additional fees may apply. These fees will be indicated during check out prior to your transaction being completed.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. Tracking Numbers are typically emailed with 24-48 hours. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.
Bongo is a California based company therefore if you are located in California you will pay sales tax.
- Returns & Replacements
It's simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may return it for a refund (minus shipping costs). Only items that are unused, in saleable condition*, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please Conact Us as soon as possible so we can take care of the problem.
*This means that packaging must be intact, tags must be attached, no pet hair, etc.
Can I return something I've already used?
No. Items must be returned to us in the original, saleable condition with the original packaging.

How do I exchange my item for a different item?
Please place an order for the new item, and return the current item for a refund (see below for return instructions.)

We require a return authorization in order to process your return. If you have a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact Customer Service for a different set of instructions.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Bongobytes.com is a Membership Based Community. Only Members of bongobytes.com have the opportunity to purchase Photography Equipment at Discounted Prices. Non-Bongo Members are still able to purchase Photography Equiment at MAP (Minimum Adevertised Price).

CUSTOMS FEES: TAXES (the most common fee): Canada Customs ONLY assesses taxes (GST or HST) on goods valued at $20 CAD (about $18-22 USD) or more.
Taxes are generally about 5-15% (depending on the provincial destination).
An $8.50 'handling' fee is also added when an item is taxed.
When taxes are charged, Customs sticks a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved.
